Welcome to the Belconnen Way Hotel & Serviced Apartments Terms & Conditions page. Here you’ll find important information about bookings, check‑in and check‑out, cancellations, and our policies to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
1. Bookings & Confirmations
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. A confirmation email will be issued once the booking is successfully processed.
2. Check‑In and Check‑Out
Check‑in is generally from 2:00 PM and check‑out is by 10:00 AM unless otherwise arranged with reception. Late check‑out may be available on request and subject to availability.
3. Reception Hours & After‑Hours Check‑In
Reception is typically staffed during the day; if you anticipate arriving after reception closes (usually around 9:00 PM Mon–Fri and 8:00 PM Sat–Sun), please contact the hotel in advance to organise after‑hours check‑in.
4. Cancellation & Amendments
Cancellation policies will vary by rate and booking platform. Generally, bookings must be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours prior to check‑in to avoid a penalty equivalent to the first night’s accommodation. Failure to cancel or arrive (no‑show) may result in charges as per your booking terms.
5. Identification & Age Requirements
Guests aged 18 years and over must present valid photo identification at check‑in (e.g., passport, driver’s licence). The person making the booking must be staying in the room.
6. Payment & Incidentals
Full payment for accommodation and any incidental charges may be required at check‑in. Credit card pre‑authorisation may be taken for incidentals.
7. Room Requests
Requests for specific bedding configurations or connecting rooms are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed directly with the property.
8. Pets
Pets are generally not permitted on site except approved service animals. Additional charges or restrictions may apply.
9. No‑Show & Early Departure
Guests who fail to arrive on the booked date without notification, or who depart earlier than the confirmed check‑out date, may be charged applicable fees as outlined in the booking conditions.
10. Liability
The hotel accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property brought on site. Guests are advised to ensure their belongings are insured.
